Through means of reconstruction the volume of the former holiday home and canteen building (built in 1986) was divided into smaller units, thus adapting to the prevailing morphotype of Pervalka. This way local spaces in between the buildings were formed and buildings closer to the street were oriented towards the lagoon.
The architecture of the buildings is regionalist in style, using the traditional forms and stylistics accents specific to Curonian Spit, however these elements are interpreted in a modern way, respecting both the heritage and environmental uniqueness and character of the area.
