The contemporary office building architecture emphasizes the close proximity of the historic part of Žvėrynas and sets the direction for its evolution. The building is shaped as an interpretation of the architectural culmination at an intersection – the historic corner tower is replaced by a volume that tapers towards the intersection. It is polished by the context to preserve a solid volume while still finding a sensitive relationship with the neighboring buildings. The building forms logical rhythmicity and elevation on Kęstučio Street and emphasizes its importance as the arterial street.
